Contact us about our London tree surgery services
Hello, and thank you for coming to our contact page.
I am monitoring the Coronavirus situation. To minimise the risk of spreading the virus, the vast majority of our work is currently on hold. This includes scoping visits, i.e. coming to look at new work. The only potential exception currently is where a tree is dangerous, for example due to decay and/or instability.
Please do complete the form below anyway, and I will be in touch when social distancing restrictions are lighter.
To arrange a visit for a free, no obligation quote by subsequent email, please complete the contact form below. I can help you get council permission if you need it. We are based in Hackney N16 8DH, and the majority of our work is within five miles.
You should get an automated reply by email within one hour acknowledging receipt of your completed contact form; if you don’t, then I haven’t received it, so please try again, or email firstname.lastname@example.org . I aim to respond to all new enquiries within one week, but during busy periods it may take a bit longer. This is because we have a rolling programme of work, and I work on every job from start to finish as well as handling all the business administration myself. So if you choose us, it’ll be the same person managing the whole process from start to finish, including the job itself. Thank you for your patience.
We do have some flexibility, so if you have an urgent job, for example a dead or dangerous tree that needs dealing with, please let us know.
Thank you. I look forward to meeting you and your tree(s).
Due to administrative constraints and for efficiency reasons, I exclusively use email for work. I do not have a work phone number.
We do not supply wood chip, mulch, logs, stumps, branches, or any other tree based material; nor do we carry out tree surveys or produce tree reports.
We like pruning trees, not removing them, unless they are dead or dangerous. If you would like me to quote to remove a tree, please let me know why, and email a photo or two showing the whole tree to email@example.com, and give me your full address.
